Bake the pork chops until cooked through 1400 to 1450f about 9 to 12 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn the carrots and potatoes as needed.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Spoon sauce over top again and broil 2 to 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
