Under document tab go to button process and from the drop down menu select reduce file size.

Thankfully every version of revu has the reduce file size feature.
Starting with a 36x24 page will result in a 38x24 pdf aligned to the right side of the pdf.
The crop and page setup dialog box appears.
Open the pdf to be reduced.
The first option in the drop down is reduce file size.

This will make your scanned text selectable and searchable.
Go to document process reduce file size.
Following menu will pop up.
